Clean rooms, friendly staff, and the breakfast had plenty of options. Accessing the hotel can be confusing; it requires cutting through neighboring properties. Expected a smoother entry.

During my recent stay at the Super 8, I must say that there were a few aspects that stood out to me. The breakfast was quite enjoyable, with a decent spread of tasty options available. the shampoo, conditioner, and body wash provided in the shower were a nice touch and made my stay more convenient. Unfortunately, there were some areas that were not up to par. The rooms were quite dated, with visible wear and tear evident throughout. The carpets felt sticky and dirty, which was not a pleasant experience. The bedding also seemed worn out, and in one instance, we encountered cockroaches in the room, which led us to leave shortly after check-in. the staff interaction left much to be desired. One particular attendant was rude and unhelpful, making the check-in process quite unpleasant. There were also issues with the room keys not working, adding to the frustration of our stay. while there were some positive aspects like the breakfast and bathroom amenities, the outdated rooms, cleanliness issues, and unfriendly staff interactions made my experience at Super 8 less than stellar.

The hotel's proximity to the theme parks and a high ropes course made our family vacation truly unforgettable. Being just 1.8 km from Gatlinburg Golf Course was a bonus for us golf enthusiasts.
My wife says that more child-friendly dining options would be great.

Had a blast during my city trip with great breakfast and comfy beds. The variety of options, from fruit to waffles, hit the spot. The location, close to Dollywood and restaurants, was ideal for walkable dining experiences.
The ice machine being on the ground floor was mildly inconvenient at times, and parking could get tight depending on the hotel's occupancy levels.

the location is great and breakfast had good options.
the bathroom door handle was falling off and my daughter got locked inside. our room door stopped locking after the first night, which made us feel unsafe.

Had laughs and authentic meals at Hatfield & McCoy Dinner Show. Onsite free parking for all vehicle sizes. Perfect location near fun attractions. Enjoyed the free breakfast and pool. Budget-friendly stay with friendly staff.
Dealing with tricky parking and uncomfortable pillows left me with a neck pain souvenir.

The breakfast was surprisingly good with a nice variety of tasty options. The daily maid service was on point, providing clean towels and a spotless room. The friendly employees added a pleasant touch to our stay.
The outdated rooms with patchy repairs and worn-out bedding were disappointing. The unpleasant musky smell throughout the stay, along with the confusion at check-in and lack of proper room amenities, made the experience less than ideal.

And we were close to mad fun at the theme parks. We even hit up the high ropes course nearby. Super clutch location for skiing and golfing!
More turn-up spots and maybe a dope rooftop hangout with sick views would've been lit for us young peeps.
